Invitational & Seeded Heat Application & Registration
Please complete this form if you are a high school Track & Field athlete competing in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota who is interested in competing in the High School Invitational at the Mini-Apple Night of Miles. To be considered, athletes should have run faster than 4:20 (boys)/5:05 (girls). The High School Invite Captain reserves the right to consider athletes who have not met the standard if they have exceptional performances at other distances or in cross country.
If accepted into the Invitational or Seeded heats, the High School Invite Captain will send you High School Invitational registration instructions and a code for a comped entry. Athletes wait-listed for the Invitational heat are encouraged to register for an Open High School or All-Comers heat if they want to assure the opportunity to race. This will not prevent them from being bumped up into the Invitational Heat at a later date at the High School Invite Captain's discretion.
