• Bronze - Training Plan and emails only (does not include other benefits): $149

• Workouts - Wednesday mornings at 6:30 p.m.

• Long runs - Saturday mornings at 7:00 a.m.

• Location - Vary and will be announced in the weekly email. Some typical locations include Lake Harriet Bandshell, Training HAUS (Eagan), Ford Parkway, Fort Snelling, Calhoun Executive Center, and LRT Trail (Hopkins).
